Terms and Conditions:

1. Reservation Rules & Regulations:

• Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out time is at 12:00.
  • Early check-in requests are subject to resort availability at the check-in time.
  • Late check-out until 16:00 is subject to resort availability at the check-out time, and extra charges may apply.

• Payment and Pre-payment:

  • Payment is collected at the time of check-in at the property.
  • No pre-payment is required for standard reservations. However, the property reserves the right to take a deposit from the card used for booking, especially during peak periods, within 5 days of arrival to guarantee the reservation.

• Cancellation and No Show Policy:

  • Guests may cancel the reservation for no charge before 5 days of arrival, 11:59 PM local hotel time.
  • If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night’s stay will be charged to the provided payment method.

2. Hours of Operations:

• Dining Options:

  • Sea Breeze Restaurant:
    • Breakfast: 06:30 AM – 10:30 AM
    • Lunch: 12:30 PM – 03:00 PM
    • Dinner: 06:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • VIE Restaurant:
    • Lunch: 12:00 PM – 03:00 PM. A la carte menu available afterward.
  • Omar Cafe Bar:
    • Beverages served from 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Sails Restaurant & Bar:
    • Available from 11:00 AM until sunset.
  • In Room Dining:
    • Available 24 hours.

• Recreational Facilities:

  • Beach & Swimming Pools:
    • Open for lounging and swimming from 09:00 AM until sunset.
  • Fitness Center:
    • Open from 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM, accessible with your room key card.

• Additional Services:

  • Limousine Service:
    • Available upon request. Please communicate with the Limousine company representative at the lobby.

3. Children Policy:

• Accommodation for Children:

  • Maximum of 2 children per room (SGL /DBL) & 1 child per Triple Room.
  • Children from 0 to 05.99 years old stay free when sharing parent’s room without an extra bed.
  • Children from 6 to 11.99 years old will incur an additional charge of 25 USD per night, including an extra bed.
  • Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults.

• Additional Amenities for Children:

  • Extra beds are available at a cost of 10 USD per night, upon request.
  • Baby cots for infants up to 3 years old are provided free of charge, upon request.

4. Additional Policies:

• Age Restriction:

  • The minimum age for check-in is 18.

• Group Bookings:

  • When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

• Identification Requirement:

  • Guests are required to show a photo ID and Child Birth Certificate at the time of check-in.
